If you receive a damaged book in a delivery, please contact our distributor Booksource immediately.

We always work with our customers to ensure they have the most suitable range for their shop.

If on the odd occasion stock has not sold through, we are happy to discuss whether we can accept any returns.

All enquiries regarding returns must be made by email to your sales representative.

Any items returned must have been bought through Alba Books/Birlinn, be in perfect resaleable condition and be packaged safely for their return journey to our distributor Booksource.

Only authorised returns will be accepted. Unauthorised returns, or items damaged in transit due to improper packing, will not be accepted for credit and will be returned at the Customer’s expense.
